Shipping times and costs

Sarmog only ships to Italy: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although the time may be slightly extended during holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

After the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times vary from 4 to 6 working days, while the costs depend on the overall weight of the products ordered according to the following table:

  • Weight range 50-100kg: €16.8

  • Weight range from 100kg upwards: €30.6

    These prices reflect the cost we, as sellers, incur to ship the products. Our goal is to guarantee maximum transparency on shipping costs, so that consumers can make informed purchases without surprises.

  • Additional services

    Delivery to floor and assembly

    By inserting a note on the order or by contacting our internal team at ordini@sarmog.com it is possible to book delivery to the floor and/or assembly of the products ordered.

    Remember that these are additional services subject to a dedicated quote from the Sarmog team and to be paid separately from the product order.

    Return Policy

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order within 14 days from the delivery date. To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day via communication to ordini@sarmog.com

    The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.

    You will have to independently take care of the return shipping of the product(s). The choice of courier to use is absolutely at your discretion. The return shipment must be made to:

    Please ensure that the items are returned in new condition, unused or altered, with instructions and including all accessories (screws, washers...), with the original labels and inside the packaging received on delivery well sealed with adhesive tape. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. If you receive a non-compliant or unauthorized return, you will be contacted by our Customer Service and you will have to take back the unauthorized return at your own expense.

    The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions and exclusions regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.

    Responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive in the warehouse.

    How to return:

    If it is a damaged or incorrect product

    Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and book a free collection.

    If the customer ships the item at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred.

    For all other types of returns

    Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be borne by the buyer.

    Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of your choice. The return must be sent to Sarmog Srl at the following address: Sarmog srl, via Pizzamiglia 7, 42016 San Girolamo di Guastalla (RE).

    When will I receive my refund?

    The Sarmog team will check the quality of the returned product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return regulations. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on sarmog.com. You will receive a refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

    Please note that refund times may vary between different payment providers.

    The refund will be free and will always include the amount of the product or items you are returning.
